Overview

Abridge is seeking an experienced and highly analytical Technical Accounting Manager to drive research and application of complex accounting policies in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

In Short

• Serve as the company’s technical accounting expert.
• Draft technical accounting memos for financial reporting decisions.
• Develop and maintain corporate accounting policies.
• Monitor changes in accounting regulations.
• Develop and implement internal control frameworks.
• Project manage external audits.
• Enhance financial reporting efficiency through automation.
• Manage equity compensation plans.
• Assist in accounting for M&A transactions.
• Lead preparation and filing of SEC reports in the future.

Requirements

• At least 1 year as a Manager in Assurance at a Big 4 audit firm.
• Extensive experience with US GAAP.
• Hands-on experience preparing SEC reports.
• Proven ability to manage audits and ensure compliance.
• Ability to improve financial processes through automation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience supporting financial controls in a growing company.
• Experience with financial systems like QuickBooks and Salesforce is a plus.
