In Short

• Maintain the Company’s accounting policies and adopt new accounting standards.
• Partner with the accounting team to implement changes in accounting policies.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Tax, and FP&A teams on new transactions.
• Prepare technical accounting analysis for new products.
• Draft original footnote disclosures and public communications.
• Respond to technical accounting inquiries from internal and external parties.
• Ensure internal controls for SOX compliance are effective.
• Support management in special projects and ad-hoc questions.

• Exceptional knowledge and experience in US GAAP.
• Strong technical accounting memo writing skills.
