In Short

• Lead customer implementations of Abridge's products.
• Serve as the primary contact for partners during deployments.
• Manage project plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Drive projects through all phases including testing and go-live.
• Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders effectively.

• Participate in creating scalable processes for implementations.

• Travel up to 20% may be required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in healthcare technology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Experience with electronic record systems is a plus.
• Creative problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
