Corporate Counsel - Remote

Overview

Abridge is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support its mission of improving healthcare through AI by negotiating and closing deals with various customers.

In Short

• Negotiate commercial transactions with a wide range of customers and vendors.
• Work with the commercial legal team to improve core commercial documents.
• Facilitate automation and efficiencies in collaboration with Legal Ops.
• Support a fast-moving commercial team with a customer-service mindset.
• Manage a high volume of contracts under tight timelines.
• Work independently and collaboratively with technical teams.
• Creatively solve novel contractual matters in a rapidly-moving enterprise.
• Familiarity with AI trends is a plus.
• Prior in-house experience is beneficial but not required.
• Experience in SaaS, international, IP, or privacy is advantageous.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in negotiating commercial contracts.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and earn confidence.
• Creativity in crafting new contractual approaches.
