  • Manage a sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce CRM.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics.
  • Travel for industry events and customer meetings as required.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a SaaS sales executive role.
  • Experience in multifamily sales.
  • Proven track record of closing deals.
  • Experience with competitive or market intelligence product sales is a plus.
  • Tech savvy with tools like Salesforce, Zoom, and others.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Disciplined, adaptable self-starter.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
