Overview

The Mid Market Sales Manager at Abnormal Security is responsible for overseeing sales policies and driving revenue while ensuring exceptional customer service and retention.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SLED sales experience with a track record of success.
  • 3+ years leading a sales team focused on new business.
  • Strong hunter mentality with experience in demand generation.
  • Accountability for consistent over-achievement.
  • Experience closing complex sales with multiple influences.
  • Experience with deals ranging from $50K - $100K.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with executives.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with value-based sales methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
