Overview

Abnormal Security is seeking a highly motivated sales leader to join our Sales organization as a Sales Manager for the Mid-Market Sales Team. This sales leader will be responsible for all elements of team development – recruitment, hiring, enablement, and management of a sales team, as well as driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets within their Region.

In Short

  • Recruit and hire a world-class team of sellers, on time and on budget
  • Manage and enable sellers to hit key productivity metrics
  • Instill a disciplined approach to pipeline generation
  • Develop an overall account strategy for the region
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering for product demonstrations
  • Build strong partnerships with existing customers
  • Forecast monthly/quarterly revenue to executive leadership
  • Develop strategic relationships with channel partners

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of success
  • 3+ years leading a sales team focused on new business
  • Strong hunter mentality with experience in demand creation
  • Experience closing complex sales with multiple buying influences
  • Experience managing deals of $50K+ and $100K+
  • Strong relationships with potential partners and customers
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
