Overview

The Agent, Asset Protection is responsible for executing Asset Protection initiatives across multiple retail locations, focusing on reducing shortages and ensuring safety compliance.

In Short

• Execute Asset Protection initiatives in assigned stores.
• Partner with local management to meet strategic objectives.
• Participate in training store associates on Asset Protection.
• Conduct operational audits for safety compliance.
• Monitor controls and conduct surveillance for theft prevention.
• Investigate inventory and cash loss incidents.
• Support investigations related to Organized Retail Crime.
• Complete special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• 4-year degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Asset Protection or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions.
• Must pass a comprehensive background investigation.
• Reliable means of transportation required.
• Preferred Wicklander-Zulawski trained in interviewing.
• Must fulfill physical requirements including standing and walking.
