Overview

As an Asset Protection Team Leader at Meijer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of customers and employees, while supporting a culture of shrink prevention and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1 - 2 years of retail and supervisory experience.
  • Strong investigative skills and knowledge of retail operations.
  • Ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and asset protection strategies.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of criminal justice systems and organized retail crime.
  • Experience with interviewing and interrogation techniques preferred.
