District Asset Protection Leader - Remote

Overview

The District Asset Protection Leader (DAPL) at CVS Health is responsible for implementing asset protection strategies and providing training to field operations teams to mitigate loss due to theft and compliance issues.

In Short

• Execute asset protection and shrink reduction strategies.
• Partner with District Leaders and Store Managers.
• Conduct investigations of theft incidents.
• Complete Asset Protection health assessments.
• Assist Store Managers in developing action plans.
• Maintain liaison with local law enforcement.
• Achieve budgeted results for shrink and P&L performance.
• 80% travel required within NYC and Long Island.
• 5 years of experience in retail management or asset protection.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in retail store management or asset protection.
• 2 years of experience with multiple store responsibility.
• BA/BS in Criminal Justice, Business Management, or Accounting preferred.
• Knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Ability to conduct legal and ethical investigations.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma required.
