The Assistant Project Leader is responsible for supporting the project leader in various tasks, ensuring effective project management and communication with both clients and employees.

• Attend construction meetings and assist in work preparation.
• Select suppliers and negotiate purchases with the project leader.
• Track project progress and handle administrative tasks.
• Prepare work budgets with the project leader and/or estimator.
• Ensure adequate staffing for all projects.
• Perform calculations, coordinate, and create drawings if necessary.
