• Responsible for the successful realization of various projects in your region.

• Manage projects with contract sums from 500k to over 3.5 million.
• Optimize and monitor work processes within your team.
• Act as the point of contact for clients.
• Coach project staff to help them grow in their development.
• Support your team in solving technical problems.
• Oversee KAM, ISO, and manage F-gas administration and other cooling technology matters.

Requirements

• Experience in project management within installation technology.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage financial results of projects.
• Knowledge of KAM and ISO standards.
• Technical background in mechanical installation technology.
