Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales growth in ABEC's Stainless Steel and Integrated Solutions Business Unit, serving as the primary customer interface and responsible for selling solutions to the biopharmaceutical industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering preferred.
• Proven record of successful consultative sales experience.
• Knowledge in engineering, manufacturing, or biopharmaceuticals.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics preferred.
• Awareness of Continuous Improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience is desirable.
