Overview

The Senior Oracle Database Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the database environment, ensuring health, performance, availability, security, and integrity across systems.

• Upgrade and patch Oracle databases with minimal downtime.

Requirements

• 6+ years as an Oracle production DBA in a SaaS environment.
• 2+ years with AWS RDS and MySQL.
• Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Manager 13.5.
• Expertise in backup and recovery with Oracle Secure Backup.
• Experience with SQL Performance Analyzer and database cloning.
• Strong knowledge in Oracle tuning and diagnostics.
• Experience with Oracle Advanced Data Guard upgrades.
• Knowledge in PL/SQL and SQL Performance tuning.
• Familiar with Linux, Shell scripting, and Terraform/Ansible.
• Experience with Amazon Aurora and Oracle EE on RDS.
