Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle Certified Expert with approximately 10 years of hands-on experience as a Senior Oracle Database Administrator.

• Expertise in Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), Automatic Storage Management (ASM), High Availability (HA), and Business Continuity (BC).
• Strong experience in cloud environments, particularly AWS.
• Experience in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Ansible.
• Proven track record in supporting 24/7 VLDB production environments.
• Leadership capabilities in managing teams and projects.
• Experience in conducting regulatory compliance drills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work flexibly as a team member or leader.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience as an Oracle Sr. Database Administrator.
• Expertise in UNIX/Linux operating systems and Oracle performance troubleshooting.
• Experience with Oracle 11g and higher.
• Knowledge of Shell programming, ASM, OEM Grid Control, RMAN, and DataGuard.
• Experience in high availability and disaster recovery configurations.
• Ability to develop and maintain Ansible playbooks.
• Experience with database lifecycle management and security implementations.
• Strong ability to coordinate with stakeholders and LOB owners.
• Experience in moving Oracle databases to public cloud environments.
• Knowledge of latest security patches and Oracle DB management.
