Overview

The Microsoft Office Apps Customer Engineer will provide technical support for Office Apps, assisting customers in maximizing productivity and ensuring seamless operation of Microsoft Teams.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Information Technology or related field.
• Strong understanding of Office 365 administration.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 Apps functionalities.
• Experience with Office Suite deployment and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking concepts.
• Experience with VBA and Office Scripts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
