As a Customer Service Representative (German-speaking), you will be part of a global technology and services leader, helping well-known brands improve their businesses with technology and integrated solutions.

In Short

• Take incoming customer calls and solve users’ demands.
• Log call details onto call management systems.
• Maintain service and product knowledge.
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.

• Proficient or bilingual level of German and advanced English required.
