Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of complex client accounts and developing processes to ensure favorable relationships with clients, meeting their operational needs.

  • Achieve revenue-based quotas through effective account management.
  • Evaluate customer needs and propose solutions.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Work with multiple partners concurrently.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the United States with a valid address.
  • 3+ years of experience in partner management or account management.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts.
  • Experience with MS Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years in partner management or developer relations preferred.
  • Familiarity with API billing models is a plus.
