Overview

As an Account Manager at Fiserv, you will be responsible for ensuring quality delivery and support of all products and services to assigned clients, driving client satisfaction and revenue growth.

In Short

  • Manage and develop operational relationships for assigned clients.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to maximize client’s growth and profitability.
  • Ensure timely and accurate implementation of client projects.
  • Enhance client relationships and retention.
  • Meet or exceed targeted goals of client satisfaction.
  • Work to prevent and resolve enterprise problems effectively.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience in banking/financial technology preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships.
  • Certification in Customer Relationship Management is a plus.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer service/contact, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Extensive experience in face-to-face relationship-based meetings.
  • Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance.
  • Experience in implementing process improvements.
  • Ability to drive client satisfaction and retention.
