Customer Success - Family Growth Associate - Remote

Overview

This role focuses on empowering underserved families to access care through a supportive and compassionate approach. Candidates will work remotely and engage with families to navigate healthcare challenges.

In Short

• Full-time remote role with a requirement to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Drive the family growth function by calling prospective families.
• Manage family pipeline and exceed growth goals.
• Guide families through the healthcare maze.

• Handle approximately 60-70 calls per day.
• US Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience with CRMs, especially Salesforce, is a plus.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
