In Short

• Full-time remote role with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern Time.
• Manage patient documents and ensure timely, accurate distribution of medical records.
• Serve as the primary contact for communication with healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical facilities.
• Request and follow up on medical records and diagnostic reports.
• Support families in scheduling visits and coordinating care delivery processes.
• Build meaningful relationships with parents as part of the support team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless AbbyCare experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years experience in administrative or operations roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems creatively.
