Overview

As a Bilingual Customer Success - Family Care Associate at Abby Care, you will play a crucial role in supporting family caregivers throughout their caregiving journey, ensuring they have the resources and guidance they need to provide quality care.

In Short

  • Full-time remote position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Time.
  • Engage with families facing challenges in home-based care.
  • Lead the Family Care Journey from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
  • Support families through onboarding, training, and Medicaid certification.
  • Stay in regular contact with caregivers to provide support and accountability.
  • Create community-building activities for caregivers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication in internal systems.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Prior customer-facing experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the US healthcare industry is strongly preferred.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Customer-facing experience: Proven ability to engage with customers.
  • Background in Account Management / Customer Success / Call Center Operations.
  • High-volume call management: Capable of handling 50–70 calls per day.
  • Project management expertise: Skilled in managing complex initiatives.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Technical proficiency in CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Empathetic, resilient, and patient personal qualities.
