• Full-time remote position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Time.

• Manage onboarding, training, and compliance for families.

• Maintain accurate documentation and communication within internal systems.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written).
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree required.
• Customer-facing experience, preferably in phone-based roles.
• Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Call Center Operations.
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism.
• Prior experience in the US healthcare industry is preferred.
• Project management skills for managing complex initiatives.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM tools; Salesforce experience is advantageous.
• Empathetic and resilient personal qualities.
