Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years in customer support or similar roles.
• Ability to communicate with empathy and clarity.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Medicaid/state healthcare processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRMs and internal systems.
• Compassionate and resourceful personality.
