Study Management Associate II - Remote

Overview

As a Study Management Associate II, you will be part of a dynamic, centralized study management team that is responsible for the execution of our global clinical trials and a key member of the study team.

In Short

• Contribute to planning, execution, and management of Phase 0-4 clinical trials.
• Work under the guidance of a Study Project Manager and SMA Manager.
• Ensure studies are executed with quality and efficiency.
• Support stakeholder engagement and influence to drive deliverables.
• Manage vendor relationships and recruitment strategies.
• Lead assigned meetings and provide regular updates on study status.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards (ICH/GCP, Global Regulations).
• Manage study materials and inspection readiness.
• Participate in user acceptance testing for clinical trial systems.
• Provide training to stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or OUS equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of pharma/device or clinical research related experience.
• Competent in application of standard quality procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: experience with clinical trial systems.
