Associate, Scale Management - Remote

Overview

In Short

• Accountable for the production, quality control, and distribution of traditional neuropsychological tests for global clinical trials.
• Primary point of contact for document design, production, and shipping requests.
• Requires aptitude and interest in design, technical and scientific information.
• Involves written and phone interactions with sponsors and third-party providers globally.
• Accurate record keeping of all tasks and maintenance of high-volume communications.
• Direct work of support staff and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive activities to ensure timely delivery of project tasks.
• Oversee production and quality control of scale materials.
• Resolve quality issues that arise during studies.
• Maintain scales databases and tracking tools for each project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years’ work experience, may be unrelated to clinical trials.
• Project Management or service-related industry experience preferable.
• Experience in editorial or quality assurance processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to multi-task, highly organized, with attention to detail.
• Strong people skills within the team and with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Strong level of computer literacy, experience with clinical software preferable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
