Overview

We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Training Manager to join our Access and Reimbursement Training Team within the Immunology, Gastro division. The Senior Training Manager will drive the overall training strategy, process, analysis, instructional design, development, implementation, and evaluation of performance-focused training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in a training role, preferably in healthcare.
• 2+ years in Access and Reimbursement training.
• Proven experience in developing performance-focused training.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in LMS and training software.
• Ability to work independently.
