Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer at Allergan Aesthetics, you will be responsible for building critical core foundational platforms that empower internal application teams, solving complex technical problems in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Own and deliver projects spanning multiple sprints.

Requirements

• 6+ years as a Full Stack Software Engineer, leadership experience preferred.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and GraphQL.
• Experience with Microservices and Event Driven Architecture.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
• Proponent of code testing and familiar with testing frameworks.
• Experience with AWS, Serverless, Lambda, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Adept at software systems architecture and tradeoffs.
• Strong grasp of data structures and design patterns.
• Ability to mentor and lead projects effectively.
• Good judgment in software refactoring decisions.
