This role involves governance and oversight for Crown Jewel Office and Cybersecurity activities, focusing on maximizing investment in securing vital data.

• Oversee operations and governance of Crown Jewel Office processes.
• Establish collaborative relationships with ISRM, business, and IT System Owners.
• Lead assurance activities to test controls protecting Crown Jewel data.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership on Crown Jewel assets.
• Support Data Protection Governance Committee with tracking and reporting.
• Monitor execution of Crown Jewel processes and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate information on Crown Jewel data assets and applications.
• Ensure compliance with AbbVie processes across Crown Jewel applications.
• Support the mission of safeguarding AbbVie’s digital data assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years experience or Master's Degree with 7 years experience in IT or Information Security.
• Experience managing service provider outcomes and ensuring SLA compliance.
• 5+ years of experience with ITIL Framework.
• Proven experience in risk mitigation strategies.
• CISSP certification preferred.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent problem resolution skills in complex environments.
• Experience working with senior leaders and strong communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Service Operations in a global environment.
