Overview

The Quality Systems Support Manager is primarily responsible for the implementation and support of quality systems within the organization, overseeing activities that support the QA System and business-driven objectives.

• Manage a team of 2 QA System Specialists.
• Oversee projects for implementing new IT Systems.
• Develop long-range and capital plans for enterprise systems.
• Maintain operating budgets for system maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory expectations for software quality assurance.
• Act as the primary liaison during regulatory inspections.
• Provide strategic direction to digital system leads globally.
• Accountable for communication between sites and global teams.
• Implement new technologies for QC Operations.
• Leverage AI tools and data automation technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business, or Engineering.
• Experience in Compliance and/or QA.
• Quality system development and implementation experience.
• 10+ years of experience in quality systems or business support.
