Program Lead - Clinical Program Development - Remote

Overview

The Program Lead is responsible for connecting science and operations to bring clinical studies to life through the execution of one or more clinical research programs. This role serves as a strategic advocate for pipeline assets and provides operational reality to scientific experiments via expertise, strategic thinking, and innovative solutions to address risks and challenges.

In Short

• Integral member of the Pipeline Commercialization Model’s Integrated Evidence Strategy Team.
• Develops the clinical operational strategy and executes clinical studies/programs.
• Responsible for programmatic evaluation of risks and mitigations.
• Interacts with and influences management and cross-functional team members.
• Contributes to portfolio planning including costs, resource projections, and timelines.
• Reviews and provides clinical operations content to clinical and regulatory documents.
• Manages overall external budget across portfolio.
• Leads cross-functional innovation and process improvement initiatives.
• Develops, manages, and mentors clinical operations staff.
• Ensures compliance with quality standards in clinical programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or scientific field required.
• 12+ years of Pharma-related/clinical research experience required.
• 10 years in clinical research with leadership competencies.
• Experience in risk management and strategic execution.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and people management.
• Subject matter expert in standard business procedures.
• Experience in study initiation through completion.
• Advanced English level required.
