Overview

The Principal Business Systems Consultant is responsible for providing strategic technology consultation, guidance, and leadership for major business initiatives, focusing on the Complaints Management domain within life sciences.

In Short

• Provide leadership and oversight of programs/projects in business systems.
• Analyze complex business processes and document requirements.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvement through technology.
• Manage project risks and define mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders and IT organizations.

• Accountable for project requirements and scope management.
• Evaluate alternative IT solutions and manage project budgets.

• Act as a subject matter expert in technology and functional domains.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 9 years or Master's with 8 years of experience in computer science or related field.
• 8 years of experience managing IT projects.
• Knowledge of IT standards such as ITIL.
• Experience in financial planning and evaluation, and business plan development.
• Preferred knowledge of the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry.
