The Principal Business Systems Consultant provides strategic technology consultation and guidance for major business initiatives, focusing on the Complaints Management domain in life sciences.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in managing IT projects.
• Knowledge of IT standards such as ITIL.
• Experience in financial planning and evaluation.
• Preferred knowledge of life sciences/pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with TrackWise Digital is a plus.
