National Field Director, Gastroenterology - Remote

Overview

The US Field Medical Lead will establish the strategy and provide oversight and direction for assigned therapeutic US Field Medical Team, including accountability for attainment of US medical and business objectives in a designated therapeutic area.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of direct people management experience required.
• Greater than or equal to 5 years of industry-related experience.
• Exhibits leadership attributes that align with company-wide initiatives.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of personnel management processes.
• Mastery of managing multiple priorities.
