Field Reimbursement Manager, Botox Therapeutic - Remote

Overview

The Field Reimbursement Manager, Botox Therapeutic (FRM) acts as an alternative in-office resource that is available to address HCP questions about patient access. The FRM calls directly on HCP offices in their assigned geography to answer questions about patient access & reimbursement in support of the AbbVie Botox Therapeutic.

• Field-based role requiring residence near Detroit, Ann Arbor, or Flint, Michigan.
• Educate HCPs on patient support programs and reimbursement tools.
• Provide expertise on coverage and reimbursement challenges.
• Advise HCPs on patient prescription status and program eligibility.
• Liaise with AbbVie’s Access and Reimbursement support center.
• Establish and maintain relationships with providers.
• Remain current on managed care and reimbursement activities.
• Report payer trends related to approved products.
• Ensure compliance with HCIR credentialing requirements.
• Drive a personal or company vehicle as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Market Access or Payer Account Management.
• Thorough understanding of payer policy processes and requirements.
• Strong communication skills regarding coding and billing requirements.
• Comprehensive understanding of Medicare reimbursement dynamics.
• Strong understanding of drug acquisition and dispensing in the Botox space.
• Excellent territory and account management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
• Must satisfy HCIR credentialing requirements.
