Overview

The District Manager, Interventional Glaucoma is responsible for leading a region team to promote the Sustained Release implant portfolio for Glaucoma, managing sales results, and developing relationships while adhering to compliance principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of sales experience in Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals.
• Strong business analysis and planning skills.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to articulate scientific aspects of treatments.
• Proven talent development and performance management skills.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 75%.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving requirements.
