Manager, Global Security Policy - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Global Security Policy is primarily responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the department's policy, governance, and compliance frameworks, ensuring organizational alignment with global industry standards and best practices in security management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Communications or related field is beneficial.
• 5+ years of experience in program management within a global security environment.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management practices.
• Experience with document management systems and emerging technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse functions and cultures.
• Understanding of international physical security standards.
• SharePoint administration skills preferred.
• Experience with policy auditing and compliance preferred.
