Overview

The District Manager, Retina, is responsible for leading a region team of field-based Account Managers promoting AbbVie’s Retina injectable portfolio, managing sales results, and developing key customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• Minimum four years of pharmaceutical sales management experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial planning.
• Experience in coaching and developing team members.
• Proven ability to meet performance expectations.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to create a culture of engagement and success.
• Must satisfy health care industry representative credentialing requirements.
