District Manager - Remote

Overview

Biote Medical is the world leader in hormone optimization and we are adding to our team! We partner with providers to take a complete approach to healthier aging through patient-specific bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and the only nutraceutical line created specifically to support hormone health.

In Short

• Support our Western Indianapolis territory.
• Recruit qualified physicians and practitioners for partnerships.
• Conduct training for physicians, staff, and patients.
• Develop relationships and sales of the Biote Method.
• Prospect and close sales for Biote.
• Field-based remote position.
• Update sales activities in the CRM system.
• Attend marketing and sales events.
• Ensure patient retention levels of 60% or better.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for practice development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical or biotech.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make persuasive presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the month.
• Home office capability with reliable internet access.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Strong work ethic and time management skills.
• Scheduled hours of 40 to 50 hours per week.
