District Manager - Remote

Overview

Biote Medical is the world leader in hormone optimization and we are adding to our team! We partner with providers to take a complete approach to healthier aging through patient-specific bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and the only nutraceutical line created specifically to support hormone health.

In Short

• This position supports our Tennessee and Kentucky territories.
• Looking for a passionate individual to work within a dynamic sales team.
• Field-based remote position.
• Responsibilities include recruiting qualified physicians and practitioners.
• Sales activities include prospecting, cold calling, and attending events.
• Provide technical and educational support to partners.
• Conduct training for physicians and staff.
• Maintain partnerships to grow practices and patient retention.
• Must have home office capability with reliable internet access.
• Scheduled hours are 40 to 50 hours per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical or biotech.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present effectively to large groups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the month.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong work ethic and time management skills.
