District Manager - Remote

Overview

We partner with providers to take a complete approach to healthier aging through patient-specific bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and the only nutraceutical line created specifically to support hormone health.

In Short

• Support the Lafayette, LA territory as a District Manager.
• Engage in a hands-on position within a dynamic sales team.
• Recruit qualified physicians and practitioners for partnerships.
• Conduct training for physicians, staff, and patients.
• Prospect and develop sales leads through various methods.
• Maintain partnerships to grow practices and patient retention.
• Participate in marketing and sales events.
• Update sales activities in the Company’s CRM system.
• Meet or exceed sales targets each month.
• Work from home with reliable high-speed internet access.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in a B2B model, preferably in medical device or biotech.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to make persuasive presentations to physicians and groups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the month.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Home office capability required.
• Strong work ethic and time management skills.
• Scheduled hours are 40 to 50 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
