District Manager - Remote

Overview

Biote Medical is the world leader in hormone optimization and we are adding to our team! We partner with providers to take a complete approach to healthier aging through patient-specific bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and the only nutraceutical line created specifically to support hormone health.

In Short

• This position will help support our Nebraska and East SD territory.
• Looking for someone passionate about changing healthcare.
• Hands-on and engaged position within a dynamic sales team.
• Field-based remote position.
• Responsible for relationship development and sales of Biote Method.
• Includes prospecting, cold calling, and practice development.
• Provides technical and educational support to providers.
• Must be located in Nebraska to be considered.
• Requires 3-5 years of sales experience in a B2B model.
• Scheduled hours are 40 to 50 hours per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical device or biotech.
• Ability to make persuasive communications and technical presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the month.
• Home office capability with reliable high-speed internet access.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
• Strong work ethic and time management skills.
• Ability to understand medical and scientific studies.
