Overview

The Director, HEOR Strategy Lead for Obesity is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated value and evidence strategies for the obesity disease area and ABBV-295, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with product strategy.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, MS) in relevant fields.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in leading complex products and clinical development.
• Strong leadership and executive presence.
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory and HTA landscapes.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
• Strong goal orientation and self-starter attitude.
• Experience in obesity is strongly preferred.
