Overview

The Contracting Solutions and Innovation Lead plays a key role in implementing strategies for contract solutions and innovations within AbbVie’s Global Site Contracting. This position is vital for ensuring contracts for clinical studies are executed in a compliant and timely manner while fostering relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Health Care, business, or scientific discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in clinical research or contracting.
• Experience in cross-functional interactions and global environments.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Analytical skills for interpreting complex data.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive in seeking knowledge.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
