Overview

The Global Medical Information and Content Lead at Scholar Rock will be responsible for developing and managing high-quality medical content and leading the global medical information strategy to support healthcare professionals.

In Short

• Develop and implement the Medical Information strategy.
• Oversee the operations of the Medical Information Call Center.
• Ensure agents are equipped with up-to-date scientific content.
• Review and triage Medical Information Request Forms.
• Monitor inquiry trends to inform scientific communications.
• Lead the creation of Medical Information content.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for compliance.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for medical content.
• Support global medical congress initiatives.
• Lead development of the monthly Medical Information dashboard.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Medical Information or Communications.
• Experience in content creation and regulatory compliance.
• Strong scientific writing and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and present clinical data clearly.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A minimum of 20% travel is required.
