Overview

The Medical Information Scientific Engagement team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated replacement, credit and reimbursement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in developing innovative processes for replacements, credits and reimbursements that comply with regulatory requirements and align with government-funded programs. This role is critical for new product launches.

In Short

  • Develop and implement efficient processes for managing credits and reimbursements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches.
  • Analyze wholesaler acquisition costs for competitive pricing strategies.
  • Work with government agencies on claims clearance.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting reimbursement processes.
  • Support training materials development for internal teams.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for product launches.
  • Process customer requests for replacements and refunds.
  • Document processes in CRM systems.
  • Perform administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience in credit and reimbursement roles.
  • Expertise in wholesaler acquisition costs.
  • Prior experience supporting product launches in regulated environments.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proven technical and computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Project Management experience preferred.
  • Highly skilled in customer service.
  • Ability to resolve customer inquiries through analysis and research.
