Overview

The Clinical Research Associate II (CRA II) plays a critical role in advancing AbbVie's pipeline by ensuring excellence in clinical research and enhancing the performance of clinical trials.

In Short

• Act as the primary contact for investigative sites.
• Train and motivate site staff and principal investigators.
• Conduct site evaluations and monitoring activities.
• Customize site engagement strategies for assigned studies.
• Mentor and train less experienced CRAs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
• Identify and recommend new investigators/sites.
• Manage investigator payments as per contracts.
• Ensure quality data submission from study sites.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year clinical research monitoring experience.
• Familiarity with risk-based monitoring approaches.
• Preferred qualifications in health-related disciplines.
• Knowledge of immunology/dermatology therapeutic areas.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to leverage technology for site engagement.
