Clinical Research Associate II - Remote

• Focus on one to two studies, becoming a protocol expert.

• Oversee study site management ensuring patient safety and data quality.
• Conduct site visits and maintain study documentation.
• Provide guidance for audit readiness and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with site personnel and project management.
• Maintain good relationships with investigators and study staff.
• Perform data review activities and resolve discrepancies.
• Participate in investigator meetings and clinical training sessions.

Requirements

• University degree in life science/pharmacy or equivalent.
• 2 years or more experience as a CRA in CRO or pharma/biotech.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with electronic information systems and spreadsheets.
• Ability to travel overnight, up to 60% travel required.
• Fluency in English and local language where applicable.
