In Short

• Primary point of contact for investigative site.
• Aligns, trains and motivates site staff and principal investigator.
• Conducts site evaluation, training, and monitoring activities.
• Customizes site engagement strategies for assigned studies.
• Mentors and trains less experienced CRAs.
• Continuously assesses risks and monitors site activities.
• Identifies and recommends new investigators/sites.
• Ensures quality and timely submission of data from study sites.
• Acts with integrity and focuses on delivering quality outcomes.
• Participates in global/local task forces and initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience.
• Familiar with risk-based monitoring approach.
• Tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines preferred.
• Knowledge of therapeutic area indications preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to leverage technology for customer support.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and focused on quality outcomes.
