Associate Director, Value Analytics - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director of Value Analytics at AbbVie will lead the development of evidence synthesis and analytic assessments to support health technology assessment processes and internal decision making.

In Short

• Develop Indirect Treatment Comparisons (ITC) and Network meta-analysis.
• Support local HTA submissions and pricing strategies.
• Use analytical techniques to inform market access strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for trial analyses and statistical evaluations.
• Lead evidence modeling teams and mentor junior members.
• Act as a strategic partner for value and access strategies.
• Ensure alignment of modeling evidence with commercial strategies.
• Facilitate sharing of best practices across teams.
• Provide analytical support to affiliates for local assessments.
• Engage with HTA agencies and decision-making bodies.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Health Economics, Epidemiology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in evidence synthesis or health technology assessment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with HTA submissions and payer interactions.
• Proven skills in statistics and evidence synthesis.
• Hands-on experience with statistical software (R preferred).
• Knowledge of economic modeling and budget impact analysis.
• Experience with Excel for economic models development.
